Warren started in the sheet metal business at PSF Mechanical, Inc. in 1982 when his father was the majority owner and President. He came to work as a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration. Warren took over as President of PSF Mechanical, Inc. in 1991, and became majority owner and CEO in 1991. As CEO, Warren develops the major objectives, plans, and strategies for the company. His conservative and strategic approach to growth has created a pattern of solid and steady growth and earned PSF the reputation as a trusted partner and leader in the mechanical contracting industry.
